		<description>Michelle, super job! Congratulations! When I return from PR I&#039;m going to call and take you up on your most kind offer of help launching my blog. I can no longer wait for my former art director to get her act together and assist me with the look/feel gratis and will have to investigate other options. BTW I so identify with your thoughts on deadlines and recently had a similar conversation with Jay Pearce. He was frustrated with a subordinate who wanted to move a deadline back two months. I was sympathizing with him and said something along the lines of &quot;When did a deadline become movable?&quot; We come from a broadcasting background. When you have to make an air date- there is no negotiation. Such good training for future life.</description>
